Alex Rogers

Alex is the XLACS, or "Xtreme Local Arrangements Coordinator and Supervisor"  Alex is the mastermind behind the arrangements where  Xposures will take place.   Xposures are a series of carefully planned events or opportunities in settings that give the team best access to cross cultural Xperiences, global issues, as well as the many levels of global mission work, missionaries, local/national churches, and their leaders.  Xposures are known in advance only by the Xtreme Team Staff. While unplanned Xtreme Moments (desirable or undesirable) will happen naturally throughout the trip, Xposures are pre-arranged and the planning executed by the XLACS.  True to his name, Alex the XLACS will keep things running smoothly throughout the entire Xtreme Team adventure!

Alex volunteers in Thailand, coordinating groups as they come to serve as short term missionaries.  Rumor has it that he bakes a GREAT cheesecake, too!
