The Xtreme Team has made it to Amsterdam and are preparing to fly to
Cairo very shortly. It's been a full couple of days. Our flight included a 12
hour layover in Amsterdam (and meeting with Lauran Bethell, International
Ministries' Global Consultant) so we're preparing for the second step of our
journey. We'll update once we arrive in Cairo (and get some much needed
